The Well

Welcome to The Well, a warm and inviting Bible study community at Cokes Chapel UMC! Named after the gathering places in Scripture where people came together for fresh water, conversation, and life-changing encounters, The Well is a place to refresh your spirit, dive into God’s Word, and build meaningful connections with others on a journey of faith. Whether you are well-versed in the Bible or just beginning to explore your faith, there is always a seat at the table for you.

• When: Every other Wednesday from 5:45 PM-7 PM
• Where: Fellowship Hall
• Food & Fellowship: We enjoy dinner or snacks together on a member sign-up rotation basis.
• Childcare: FREE and available for families. Drop-off begins at 5:30 PM and is located at the chapel’s side door entrance.

We are currently walking through “Romans Part One” by Pastor J.D. Greear. In this study, Pastor Greear unpacks the foundational chapters of the Book of Romans, exploring Paul’s powerful explanation of the gospel. Together, we examine core truth—that righteousness and salvation are gifts received through grace and faith, not earned through human effort. This study helps us understand the depth of human need, the beauty of God’s unmerited favor, and how the revolutionary message of grace transforms our daily lives, relationships, and worldview.
